Rodney was born and raised near Monroe, Iowa. Became a follower of Jesus Christ on July 17, 1998. Studied at Draughnon's College of Commerce in 1968. Later took classes with the Ministerial Studies Program to further his education of the Bible from the Christian and Missionary Alliance Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was called into ministry on May 4, 2000. God opened a door for Rodney to become the reentry manager for InnerChange Freedom Initiative of Prison Fellowship in Iowa and Arkansas. On October 21, 2007 his wife Jeanne and he were sent out as Missionaries from First Southern Baptist Church in Bryant Arkansas. In 2009 they formed a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. They are now ministering in nineteen prisons in four different States. Rodney and Jeanne are currently living in San Tan Valley, Arizona. They have two children and six grandchildren.
Kevin is married to Michelle and together they have one daughter. Kevin graduated from Southern Tech College in 1991. He currently is a member of Collective Church in Bryant, Arkansas and works at the Dillard’s Corporation. Kevin has been working as a volunteer in numerous prisons in Arkansas teaching and preaching the Word of God since October 2007, and is a Board member for GWBM and our Associate Director.
God has blessed Donny beyond belief. He has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has been a practicing CPA since 1992. Donny is married to Tanya. They have two children Bethany and Bryce. They teach a 4th grade Sunday school at church. He currently serves as GWBM Treasurer.
David is married to Tammy and they have three children, along with three grandchildren. David graduated from Indiana University in 1989. David has been volunteering in numerous prisons in Arkansas teaching Bible studies to the men.
Andy is married to Carla and they have two daughters. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1986 with a degree in Business Management. He works in Industrial sales for ACC, Inc. He and his family moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2012. He and his family are members of First Baptist Church Rogers. He has been volunteering at Tucker Maximum Security prison since 2008. He has also volunteered in other prisons during this time.
Kevin has an Associate degree in Religious Studies from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science from John Brown in Organizational Management. Kevin is an internship away from a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Kevin has two girls whom are about to really get into their careers. Kevin was once a Sheriff Deputy for Pulaski County. Kevin is married to Mary.
Thomas was born in Dangriga Belize and migrated to the US in 1972. Thomas is an Army Veteran. He met his wife Floy in 1990. Floy has two daughters Monique and Tasha. Thomas and Floy moved to San Tan Valley, AZ in 2006. Thomas found a Church home and gave his life to Christ in 2008 at LifePoint Church where he served in several ministries and met Rodney and Jeanne Brouwer. While listening to their testimonies and speaking of the prison ministries, God put it on his heart to become a volunteer. Thomas; now a member of Heart Cry Church, will be teaching Bible studies in the prisons.
Larry is married to Jackie and they have four grown children. Larry has served many years in prison ministry as a volunteer, mentor, drug treatment counselor, Reentry specialist, Reentry employment manager and Chaplain. Larry serves in prisons in Colorado teaching Bible studies, preaching, counseling, and making disciples.
Phil and his wife Carol live in Newton, Iowa. They have four grown children and one grandchild. Phil works as a Software Engineer. He currently serves as an Elder, Teacher and Worship Leader at Grace Church where they have been members for many years. Phil is a student of the Word and is furthering his education on-line. Phil volunteers at the Newton Correctional Facility teaching Bible studies.
Ryan is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He is married to his wife Stevie. Together they have four kids, Caleb, Ava, Justice and Grace. After moving from Missouri in 2016, they recently became members of Heart Cry Church in Queen Creek, Arizona. He recently graduated Arizona Christian University, with a degree in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries. Ryan was ordained at LifePoint Church on December 15, 2019. Ryan has been serving at CAFCC and La Palma in Arizona.
62 years old, has 45 years of self-employment experience, building and selling 8 corporations successfully. Seven years as a Business Consultant and Accredited Professional Grant Writer - 26 won grants achieved in 1st year! Grant writing and business consulting in nonprofit operations, church programs and project development, including fund-raising. Volunteer on the Board of Directors of several 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations worldwide. Member of the Grant Professional Association, previous owner of independent insurance adjusting and appraisal companies, show-car & antique custom paint restoration shops, founder of, Parts By Computer, part inventory system for salvage yards. He is a member of the Independent Insurance Adjusters Association for 28 years. Licensed California Multi-line Independent Insurance Adjuster, Corporate, for 28 years. Single-parents pastor of Calvary Chapel of South Bay, California for 3 years. 26 years serving the Christian community as a Board of Directors member. Evangelist, Christian mime street actor, director and producer of public access TV productions and currently volunteer as a certified Genesis Christian addiction mentor for alcohol and drug addicts. Avid horseman and owner.
